Their requirement is that if it’s a US entity, I need to register an entity here in Canada with the same name, then open a Canadian RBC business account, let it season for 6-12, months then open the US business account... can’t wait that long... that’s what I was told.

Hey @Anette Tikkop as a new investor, the important things to have lined up on your end are the down payment (should be sourced & seasoned from/in your accounts, either business or personal), expect lenders to prefer a 680+ FICO score, and the loan amount should be $100k+ -- the lower the loan amount, the harder it is for financing. 

Look for seasoned investors to work with in your inner circle.

@Matthew CrivelliIs it typical that banks usually want you “seasoned” for at least 12 months if you are new?

Can't refi until 6 months seasoning and limited to 75% of ARV.
