Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll respond with a payment or make negotiate a settlement.

@Jack Gibson ok fine you're too busy to respond to all concerns voiced in this thread...but I would argue that with your post you did respond and you responded by blowing them off as invalid or unimportant, right?

Not sure if I'll be using them, but Conrad Homes were very responsive, friendly, responded out and gave a free estimate almost immediately. 

I may not reside in Indiana, but I can respond quicker than someone in northern Indiana.

My "so-called solution" had you bothered to read the thread was in fact just the opposite:based upon what I've seen in this arena I would just make certain that notice of the claim has been properly given under the policy and then let the insurer deal with it.Twice in this thread you suggested that the seller's title insurance should respond to this. 

Unfortunately, when we did our best to be a light for those last-minute responders and others stuck without entry into their country of origin due to the international lock-down, an individual took advantage of our good intentions.
