My "so-called solution" had you bothered to read the thread was in fact just the opposite:based upon what I've seen in this arena I would just make certain that notice of the claim has been properly given under the policy and then let the insurer deal with it.Twice in this thread you suggested that the seller's title insurance should respond to this.
