Hey guys,I will be looking to relocate to Arizona.

Although, your loan officer may not be happy because they will get charged back if the loan payoffs in under the EPO or early payoff period.It does not violate any FHA regulations, you agreed to live there for 12 months as a primary, however extenuating circumstances happen all the time (relocation, divorce, family size increases, etc, etc).

I currently live in Vancouver but can re-locate to any of those areas for work.

I am currently investing in Indiana County and plan to build most of my inventory their as that is where I would like to relocate after I semi-retire as well as I have family their to assist with PM and Rehab efforts.

You also need to check with the utility companies and get cost estimates from them for availability, fees, hookup charges, transformer and power line/power pole locations or relocation requirements, water, sewer,gas, cable etc You will need ball park cost estimates from site work contractors for site work, roads, installation of utility lines etc.This is just a broad high level run down of the process but should give you some things to start with and think about. 

Sometimes they have new employees relocating to your city for a large company and the new people don’t know where to live so the company can refer them to you.

I relocated my self to Providence RI near Providence College.

My husband and I are in thinking of relocating.

My one concern that I've been reading opinions on (and feel free to add yours) is that I don't intend to stay in Grand Rapids long term (preferably relocating within the next year or two).
