I am a 25 year old Senior Process Engineer working full time in the optical industry overseeing manufacturing operations for producing perception glasses and part time BiggerPockets fanatic/ Investor. 

So from a financial standpoint, if you can continue paying the minimum and putting any additional into income producing investments that can return a rate higher than your interest rate, you will net ahead.  

If it produces $96k in rental income now with the the upside at maybe $110K(approx unless I add an ADU)I am wondering if I should indeed look at cashing out and buying a RCFE that will still have appreciation upside as well as income potential. 

As of Jan 2022 (12 months later), I am considering moving back home to CA and renting out my primary residence in AZ and turning it into an investment/income producing property.

I already have the design and about to submit to city for permits but I am having trouble finding a contractor or “ skilled handyman” to do the job for a reasonable price .
