I guess the brick & mortar side of investing trumps the paper assets in the sense of scepticism.

The pet must have all vet papers re: shots, it must have a license, and be photographed.

Just file your court papers immediately.

You can read the local obituary column in your local paper, and compare the names to the property ownership records at the tax assessor's site, or the same work is done for you by [email protected], which is the service I use. 

They seem to find the people and no signature would be required from the tenant, just the affidavit from the process server that the papers were served.

Of course if the building is now worth close to 2 mil you have a nice paper profit on the equity.

So it doesn't matter if you make 100,000 or 500,000 if you can't demonstrate on paper to an underwriter proper use of handling money and honoring your obligations ( good credit ) then they will see you as a high risk. 

When I signed the paperwork in South Africa the bank I was getting a mortgage with made me sign a piece of paper stating that I would let them know if I ever got married.

I don't think we'd pull the trigger unless the numbers were massively in our favor on paper.

Your success depends on you, not a piece of paper.
