I've got a lead on an 18 unit motel property with manager's quarters that is coming up for sale as the owner/operator is retiring.

She has videos, other books, checklists, consulting services, and a few free resources like the list of when each county's tax sale is and a blog. 

Then check out your local library and see which books/videos can educate you.

I would definitely try a walkthrough or even a video walkthrough with the inspector.

I am looking for a PODIO expert, who has used Podio to manage leads/brokers/MHP owners, etc during the acquisition phase.
