Others are glued in place in the pipe, or if they're really old leaded into place and either way have no extension.

@Luis C CenicerosIt is likely that the tax/legal questions that you have have already been asked and answered here on Biggerpockets.Yes - every situation may not be the same and your case may be slightly different but BP search function will be a good start.I will also echo what @Michael Plaks suggests that you should first atleast have a business plan before you communicate with a professional.A detailed specific question will lead to a detailed specific answer.A generic question will lead to a generic answer.

At worst, the leads the homeowners down an infuriating path of trying to get mistakes fixed (City workers tend to not be all that great at admitting a mistake). 

I've been cold calling leads and I've received plenty of no's and "who are you/how did you get my number".

When your phone lines start ringing from your marketing campaigns and you direct the calls to your VA to qualify the leads, how do you route the call to them w/o it being a long distance call?
