Build assets that produce income which will replace you as the income earning for your household and don't bother trying to keep up with the Jones.

Granted, you must maintain healthy reserves, but 50% will more than allow this for you and will not over leverage your free and clear property.

That could be a vacation club, a gym, or a healthy food franchise. 

What I am looking to do here is just small weekly batches of postcards for different leads as they come in (expired listings, FSBOs, etc.) without waiting until I have a big enough list to hit the minimums that most print shops require.Does anybody have a printer they are using at home that can produce a good postcard which meets all of the USPS regulations?

In my experience a real buyer is someone who is willing to get to the house quickly after you've brought it to him or her, who can produce proof of funds immediately without hemming and hawing about it, and who can make a decision about whether to buy or not quickly.  

The quality stuff is produced abroad and over a longer period of time quality will beat crap.
