I spent a few hours curating a list of resources for tenants to leverage in times of financial distress with a focus on the current COVID-19 crisis and wanted to share the results so others can utilize when crafting their landlord-tenant communications. 

I sent a colleague request I’m assuming we can communicate after you if/after you accept?

I have an investor for this purchase, but I just wanted to chk in with you as its been eight months since we last communicated.

I think you need to find a few that are responsive, know the market, and communicate with them often.

For an investor, having a project manager/contractor who (1) understands their business goals, (2) can do great, on time, and inexpensive work, (3) can communicate with the city for permits, (4) have a network of reputable roofers, HVAC, electricians, plumbers ... this is an invaluable relationship for an investor, particularly those investing in properties that will need reno work done (flips, or BRRRR deals, etc.). 

No money or communication.
