This is such a subjective question and the state of Oklahoma has so many markets and submarkets with different political climates, economic drivers, and much much more.

Of course there are a lot of inputs and variables - maintenance, capital expenses, local economic conditions, national economic conditions, Armeggedon, etc - but you hopefully get the idea.

I was more concerned on the ROI rather than finding the right home.Make sure you listen to recommendations from the experts you've hired.

Without spending an incredible amount of time asking myself (because you all are the experts) what am I missing?

I understand driving neighborhoods to get a feel for the area but I want to know about population growth trends, economic stats, safety, etc to better inform our market selection.Much thanks and God bless,Chris
