Anyhow you can make it with vacational rental and you can cashflow.You can possibly do employee housing, get your property trashed once a season and do it all over again, ans still be in loss.At the same there is abundace of work, not all extremely well paid, BUT your better paid 20$ per hour employees can't afford to buy a home around here...Plenty of unemployed folks too, that like to rave for the ****** tourist ruining the town...So many points of view...!

You are going to have to spend money to find the lists that you need to send to or spend plenty of time creating the lists.

If any of them act like jerks, mark that lender off your list....there are plenty of other lenders that want to earn the future business of a real estate investor.Best to you!

I guess that sums up to a group of people who would LIKE TO know what to do, but not one person in the group really knows.So...one 'like-minded' person tells the other 'like-minded' person that they should both try some senseless strategy and everyone can learn by banging their heads on stone walls.The only thing I like about some meetings is when their is soft drinks, coffee and cookies.

If so, then you may want to have a consultant estimate reasonable worst case scenario to determine costs and see if you can get a credit. does home have on-site drinking well or is it served by city water? 

I have family and friends with plenty of money, they're just selfish and part of the reason they don't have more.
