In 2016, just before the great flood hit us, I left from a church staff position with nothing but an intense work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a dream....a dream to start ministry homes that will help the broken to not only recover, but to thrive and become successful human beings!

This site is what has allowed me to live my dream of real estate and take the chances that have paid off well and continue to benefit my family and friends.

Since starting my real estate investing dreams, I've always wanted a 4 plex (Don't ask me why).

Having a spouse on board with you in your pursuit of real estate dreams is not something to be taken lightly.

@James Wise there has been one that went BK, another that will eventually bomb out, and then a few more that can’t keep up with the management causing the dream of turnkey investing to drain away. 

If you have choppy floors, liquid leveler works like a dream.
