@Adam Vadnais we have been upgrading all our properties to self cleaning flat top ovens, either black or stainless color.

They claim to have a tax deed certificate that they just brought from someone who had a tax Deeds certificate prior to the purchase of my home and it's something that I just can't understand because the six years that I've been living in the house I have not received not one notice from the tax  collectors stating that I owe them anything not to mention when I look on the revenues website at my property tax record It is  Printed in black-and-white     The 6 years that I have been living there I do not owe any tax money it says    Exempt from paying taxes   On my home So the problem is the people before I live there    Someone pay their tax bill but not my   minds because I did not have a tax bill

It is right there in black and white. 

The real answer is nobody knows.It is like playing roulette at the casino and betting on red or black.

My day job is immediatelly beside the projects so I have a good understanding of what has happened in them. 3 years ago they were infested with drugs and prostitutes however about a year and a half ago the local and stte police really started cleaning the place up and I have not noticed any fancy cars with out of state plates or girls coming and going or people regularly going in and out of peoples apartments.
