@Greg Wilkowski there are a few "lending forums" here on Bigger Pockets but who is telling you that you need 1.25 on a DSCR loan? 

I am looking at a DSCR loan (75-80 ltv plus FEES)  but I wonder if there are better products that can allow me to utilize a bigger chunk of my equity to move forward. 

Therefore, I searched for hard money lenders on Bigger Pocket, and this company came into my sight.

Or Ohio Dept of Natural Resources may have guidelines about setbacks, etc?

So if you do want to have one FHA loan in each of your names that could be done.The bigger question is do you want an FHA loan. 

Would you go for 2 smaller properties or the bigger property?
