How can I look up the city's development plans and tell if money is going that direction?

I am a Veteran who currently owns my own house (not much equity yet) and lives in New York.

Shaker Heights is good but it can be street by street and some of the border areas could be a problem.Overall there are some great investment opportunities here but like many big cities there are pockets of both good and bad. 

It's a small lot in Buncombe county, NC, in a hot area just outside Asheville with city water and sewer. 

Louis and Kansas City area.

.• Google search “business accountant + {city, state}” and browse websites very quickly (1-2 minutes) and then enter the contact information of 10 accountants in your document.

I love Austin and introducing people to our city.  

And a city like Columbus, surrounded by three rivers, very important especially if there is a basement.

As you may have known our city has passed new regulations that effect landlord/tenant relations specificllly pertaining  discrimination.  

Every weds at 7:30 at city and state on broad.We looked all last year for a duplex and never found one that was a deal in the areas we wanted.
