Tenants who move into SFH generally stay longer and have fewer turns.Multi-family also suffers from common use costs, trash, lighting, security cameras, landscape.To automatically discount SFH as simply a stepping stone is short-sided.

So now I want to work part time as an agent and hopefully get a good enough commissions to quit my job and do it full-time.Then once I hit that mile stone, I plan on getting another good enough commission to purchase my first property and rent it out.
