After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad I knew I had to do something and after my uncle tried to sell the property for 5 years, I decided it was time to give it a shot.

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and knew I needed to do something to create passive income.

@Greg Raymond You need to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad.Advise, go ahead... but "convince"... you're wasting your time.I learned long ago not to try to impose my beliefs about real estate on my parents.

I'm not a real estate investor, but I have begun doing some reading (The Book on How to Invest with No or Little Money Down, Rich Dad Poor Dad) and these have got my brain sold that this is something I would like to do.

Don't get caught up in the hype of getting rich quick.  

Unless you're already rich, you only have so much ammo to go hunting with. 

Real Estate is a long play, it works very well over time if you have the passion and edurance, but you won't get rich quickly.It is actually surprisingly simple, but it's not really easy.

After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I was forced to reflect on my life and the decisions I have made.
