Yes you should be able to evict the tenant where incident occurred,, They are responsible for actions of guests.A Crime free / Drug Free addendum spells it out but I'm sure you have Cause.The police will probably issue you a notice saying they want the people in that apartment to be evicted.I've gone thru a murder in my complex guy shot for 400.00 dollars worth of pot his girlfriend was given choice to move in 5 days or we would file eviction she left.We gave her deposit back to her.

However, no reason to involve CPS here.Well there is no reason for the OP to involve CPS....but when I did some searches about this topic, there were stories of neighbors that saw a young 16 y.o. girl at home all day with a baby or young child and the nosy/concerned neighbor called the authorities.In at least one of the cases I read about, the mother (who was at work) was actually cited by the police for child endangerment.
