Hey Teri,I also took my course for my Florida license via Real Estate Express and if you follow the course and review what they say will be on the exam (we have a sheet for the Florida exam which talked about the most common topics on the exam based on % of questions) you will do just fine :)Good Luck and all the best for your new career

We use a 17-page lease appropriate for the state we lease in and it has been reviewed by a lawyer and then on top of that we add an addendum for pets, an addendum for moving out procedures, etc.

Unless you are an attorney you do not want to interpret the law because it can come back on you that you pushed your view of the lease and the law and made them to think a certain way.He advised to give them the lease and just simply give them the option to take it to their attorney to review.
