Hello everyone, I'm new to real estate investing and I am attempting to broaden my scope of generating leads.

Spend 3 hours per day on lead generating activities.

My own ultimate personal / professional goal is generating passive income through buy and hold cash flowing investments.

I am in the buy and hold game, but sometimes flips make more sense in order to generate more capital.
