I got calls on my cell phone from tenants in the south here in Oregon..

Like getting rid of cable and cell phones and completely stop eating out.But, lets get real.

The lady they are working with is very responsive, giving me her cell number to call at home. 

I see collection items all the time for two to three cell phone companies, fast food restaurants, even the library.

When you use grasshopper, or google for a phone number, when my cell rings, will it tell me that it is coming from that provider?

DOJ/state sees both of your cell phones pinged off the same towers by the local diner.

My question is:  What app's or services for a separate phone number to make and receive calls and voicemail service are best suited for property management needs, without having to carry a second phone or pay for a second cell phone.

In quickbooks we use classes to track each property's costAs far as xero vs qb online vs qb desktop i have found desktop to be the most powerful and efficient from the user side, if you will only be viewing reports and "checking" her then i would use something that you have real time access to which would probably be xero or qb online that allows you to view or work on an apple device and she can have a microsoft devicePlus the fact that are you really going to restore a backup file every month and go through things
