I have personally purchased AND sold many properties with owner financing. 

Making the transition from an employee to a business owner is very hard work but rewarding in the long run.  

They only moved out when I sold the property and the new owner/occupant wanted the garage for them self. 

What options are other community owners finding right now?

I work with a broker but am open to looking for a different broker as they only work with a handful of insurance companies - including Auto Owners.  

If a 5% down owner occupied house hack property goes up 5% in value, you're making 100% cash on cash (there are transaction costs if you wanted to sell...it probably needs to go up 10-12% to really get that return, but you get the idea). 

He ended up  took the owner of the home, his construction company, my 12 yr old sister and my father along with my dad's self employed business to court .
