Don't stress out trying to collect from an evicted tenant. 

if you can't stomache that mess and it stresses you, hire a property manager.as others said, how they live, is their problem.

Dont over leverage , be sure you have stress tested for different scenarios ( higher vacancy rates, lower rent, etc).

In my opinion, it is always better to hire good workers who might cost a bit more, but who get the job done stress free.

That stresses me out when I'm looking at potential deals.

I think if one can remove the prospect of his own occasional use of the property for his own leisure, then longer term rental is probably less stressful because you don't have to deal with the routine cleaning. 

I am absolutely stressed about this, but also very confident.

No one wants to be stressed out about their neighbors, and good tenants do not like to be spied upon.
