Vana, in Utah we have an address for the subject property and then another for a mailing address.

I will PM you the address.

For my parish (county) I can go onto the assessor's website and locate all of the properties that:  1. have a home on it  2. the property address and mailing address are different and 3. there is no homestead exemption for that property.

The up front work doesn't scare me since I have a trusted friend who owns a residential construction company and I know I can get great labor rates from him.
