Trick is im planning to manage everything remote and/or use a management company.

Any tips / tricks on how you were able to get everything done in 8 weekends? 

One of the tricks I use to see if sellers are bumping the rent estimates too high is by looking on apartments.com for similar available units in the area.

Until then, I'm going to keep posting updates to my plans as I learn new tips and tricks. 

We both know most RE investors' advice is to take that money that we would spend on mentoring and use it for another property instead, but we are somewhat at a loss as to what avenues we can take to scale our investing rapidly within the next 2-5years and we thought maybe getting some sound guidance may just do the trick.
