Although I believe your present income should be more than you will need you should be teaching your daughter to save for her own education as opposed to simply paying her way.

You need to get rid of this tenant as you are probably not landlord savey enough to control her.You could also pour bacon grease on the poop when she is watching and tell her you are teaching her dog to pick up after itself.

For the most part I have dealt with professionals.The easiest ways for an attorney to frustrate me: Not teaching me or letting me learn about whatever issue we are dealing with- I expect to gain more insight into a topic when I hire a professional to help deal with an issue, this helps me make better decisions through knowledge and experience later on.

Find someone else to teach you if you think this is the point of wholesaling.

The first question I'm going to be asked is what is my experience level before I hand you over money.So, a coach should not only teach, but provide the opportunity for those serious and who have the time, dedication and understanding of what is being taught to apply it in an apprenticeship type of program.

Hi William,I do go to them once in a while to make contacts with potential JR. partners, but I have never paid for the coaching,( probably because I have done more deals than the entire teaching team, LOL)anyhow. you will learn some in the free 3 hour seminar and get a free MP3 player or something for attending.

I wish I could meet a builder who could teach me how they purchase off market property working directly with a seller.
