Lessons learned?

I learned a lot and maybe will come back to STRs when I don't have to overpay to get in, but I'm selling it right now and not looking back while I have the opportunity to offset my cap gains with all our losses.

I’m looking forward to engaging with this community and learning from your experiences. 

I've had trouble finding deals so far, but I still have much to learn.

If do research on sec8, learn how it works, how the payment standards work etc., it should come very clear very fast where the big opportunities are.

This is our first vacation rental and we are looking forward to learning and growing.

Lessons learned?

I'm a big time rookie myself but always trying to learn. 

Just learn how to hit singles and double consistently. 

I have been a part of the bigger pockets community since I graduated college and have learned a lot but I have the biggest case of analysis paralysis!
