@Matt Bell nice work for a remote rehab.. your cost of capital seems very low did you not borrow much or did you have a sweet heart deal that others who have to use HML would not enjoy.with the unkowns you did very well to make a profit.. and I think a major lesson learned is that you need VERY Large spreads to make these work and be profitable
