So I am able to get a lot higher returns on my money because I am putting deals together and I spend hours and hours a week looking for deals, looking for investors, teaching investors our system, managing expenses and cash flow, working with our contractors and title company and our assistants to coordinate the management of our properties.If you want to speed up the process then you will need to be more of an active investor than a passive investor.
