Do you have any recommendations for a property management company?

I thought I would share this, as I've seen a lot of posts recently about how to start a property management company. 

The city's growing number of people and its economy might also help raise home values and the cost to rent.Start by looking at your equity, research the rental market in Lubbock, check out properties with tools like BiggerPockets rent calculator, talk to local pros, look into money options, and choose if you want to run the place yourself or get a company to do it.

If not please delete this post.Can anyone recommend an architect company who is familiar with ADU and is responsive, organized and creative in problem solving?

The lenders I've spoken with start asking for documentation "to validate the financial viability of the business" even though there's clearly more publicly available information from these companies than any kind of private investment. 

Some states have professional assesment fighting companies that only charge a percent of the savings.

I searched for top real estate agent companies in the area and was referred to the Tampa Home Group, to purchase both properties in the same community.

Does anyone have recommendations or good experience with a company that handles this?

I'm also curious who the best mgmt companies are in Twin Cities area.
