Doors are cheap and I will usually replace buidler grade slab doors and beat up knobs with a two panel or six panel.

We got it at a good price, but the seller wanted to stay on for a week after closing and she was firm on that point.

I have to schedule the fire marshall to come out in about a week for an inspection.

We just sold our first flip on September 20th, and are working to put another one under contract this coming week.
