Seems to me that these two people have figured out a way to make money with mobile homes. 

They seem legit but I am curious to see the real returns.

However the insurance adjuster seems to be slow moving - anyone else experience this?  

I have been on Bigger Pocket 5 or 6 years ago and it seems like it was a lot more active back then? 

Relying solely on a few months reserves seems very inadequate to me.

Hey Varouj, I have looked into them and for me (2 properties / 7 doors) it didn't seem to make sense. 

But things aren't as easy at it seems my team composed of veteran agents, and brokers that took me in while i was starting.

That seems a gross oversimplification that can result in bad returns.I've personally invested in some low cost markets that gave me great cash flow and above average appreciation.
