I'm basically looking for something that glazes over or goes in depth about how an investor can set themselves up with as many options as possible to go about buying, but I can't seem to find anything.To better explain what I'm trying to say, let me give some examples:One investor might have his “buying artillery” or “buying depth” (still looking for a term to describe what I'm saying) as;1. having a private lender and,2.
