I would suggest you go check out Charleston SC  we are active there and have been for the last 4 years it has a VERY robust infil new construction market.. of course price points start at 300k .. our current builds there are 350 to 700k.you can do 300 to 700k and above if you go up to Madison MS..

The safest way particularly if cash is tight, which sounds like might be your situation, is to perform some useful function for an experienced investor, such as being a fund raiser, while following them through all aspects of the deal.

As much as I love cashflow (only have 30k to pay off, worth 210k) and adore the idea of having an annuity that pays forever as long as I keep it functional and clean, I am seriously considering painting, replacing the carpet and selling, taking the money and buying a vacation condo close to ocean (we are 3 hrs away from the beach) that I know for a fact I will enjoy with my family.

Unfortunately, I've now realized the sheer number of man hours that my desired outputs will require, and am wondering if anyone knows of a site/product/etc. that generates some or all of the following data for a specific neighborhood/area within a city:- Price per square foot as a function of time (average over the past month, 3-month, year, 5-year...) - Average square footage, # bedrooms, # of baths for current property list- Distribution of property types (single family home, apartment, townhouse, condo)- Average age of homes- % or # breakdown of sold properties by month for a calendar year (i.e. for 2016: 12% sold in Jan, 5% in Feb, 20% in Mar...)I know that sites like Zillow and Trulia can provide some trend data, but I'm looking for something a little more specialized.
