There are so many players in the condo space, it will come down where you are located.  

I’d be looking for a 4/3 with private pool in Orlando area, 3/2 or 4/2-3 in PCB within walking distance to the beach and possibly a resort-style townhome in Tampa.

They got luckyJust like a rockstar, yes, they had lots of skill (just like a guitar player/singer/songwriter who worked really hard), but for every wholesaler with lots of skill who made it, 10,000+ didn't (and it was not for any lack of trying, effort, or consistency).

NPR hating on landlords is hating the players not the game. 

Are the big players best?

Nice area near attractions such as Dell, Ole Town Round Rock, Kalahari Resort, and close to Austin.

If this doesn't workout, we may resort to the Section 8 route for properties in the $90K area.

@Chad McMahanYeah, I would have thought only specific markets were seeing an uptick in bigger home rentals -- mountains, resort communities, coastal areas.

I’m aware that a lot of the bigger players have salesman cold calling to generate leads.
