The question -- How much would you pay for a service that provided you motivated, prospective tenants that were already professionally screened (background, credit and rental) and matched to your property's location, physical and rental characteristics? 

I am not talking about being a gym rat or a health nerd - however staying physically active is by no means a luxury.   

@Amadeus HladunDepending on the province there will be a provincial land registry which you can access electronically or physically - frequently for a small fee.  

I am more ham physically capable of carrying heavy things, working hard, and putting some time and effort into your hard work.

Do you know what how far the PSI normally drops and about where it should remain until I physically release the air?

We both live out of state, but would like to have a physical address in ATL.

I live in the Denver Market and I would prefer to get my feet wet by purchasing my 1st property locally versus a property in another market that I would not be able to physically drive to. 

I have a pretty good chunk of equity and was planning on doing a refi to get into the game but the mortgage company (Suntrust) just told me that Texas has a law that states a mortgage company must have a physical office in the state before they can do cash out refi's.I guess I could do a HELOC but I'm a little hesitant.
