As you know many companies etc have moved to PML  ( Private Money Loans) to give the illusion that the terms are better.

I actually moved here from FL after looking into the market. 

We are unsure if purchasing our Primary first is the best way forward before getting into any type of investment.

Otherwise investigate the market you want to live and buy there before you move.

Not all syndicators are similar, there are some that take on huge risks and they might not even realize it because for almost 10 years you could buy poorly and the rapid appreciation bailed you out, going forward they might not be able to repeat what worked before.
