In Iowa, you would be listed as primary on the assesor's site and the deed holder as secondary, even if there is a bank mortgage as that is not listed on the assessor site but it is recorded.

I as invited in told the process sign contract of non-disclosure and not refundable contract.Sent properties fund one of interest, but before I go be sure per rep to get yout GC and get cashiers check and make it payable to blank blank LLC in case you want to pull the trigger on the prop at that point its yours so make sure to run the numbers.
