Before the recent boom even oil companies rarely had a 5% profit from gross sales. 

Remember that "All that glitters is not  gold", "Luck favors the prepared individual" & "There are more than just a few snake oil salespersons and also good folks in the RE and finance world." :-)

You may add a little dish soap to the water mixture to cut any dirt and oil on the surface you are cleaning that may hold mold.

I know how to change the oil in my car, but I pay someone to do it because I want the service.

I too specialize in financial valuations, more specific to Oil & Gas companies.

My monthly expenses with two car payments, insurance, and various repairs and miscellaneous expenses (washes, oil changes, etc)  are about 1500/month.  

But it's easier to store in a safe deposit box compared to a barrel of oil.

I suspect Obama is making the decisions though because the decisions being made are the sort one makes when they lack experience and good judgment.So, if I understand it right the high employment, Katrina, the gulf oil spill, the bad portion of the Iraq war, financial credit crisis, the housing crisis these are all Bush's fault.
