Hey guys,I was planning to attempt targeted door-knocking as my initial strategy, and I think I get what to do when the conversation gets going (find out what their situation is, listen listen listen, talk about how I could help them, be genuine), but what do you say when they open the door?

I am considering selling it, and am genuinely interested in how the pitch will go, so I always call the number.

When you mention that weddings are a 'need' rather than a want (and I recognize that it may be more of a need than want in certain families), I am uncertain how you will transform your motivation to actual hustling in your current mindset.

But they were some of the most easy going, down to earth, genuinely nice people.

Additionally, you can "house hack" by buying a new primary residence every year, but be cautious not to genuinely occupy each property.Good luck!

I can only speak to properties in Minneapolis since that's where all of my properties and have done a lot of creative things to transform/ repurpose properties. 

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing an old property transform into a beautiful rental.
