Currently I use my cell phone and then file and print out the photos on computer paper in case future damages and court evictions.

Also take a cell phone picture when you post it.

The ceiling however is a popcorn celling and my contractor buddy told me there may or may not be asbestos.

All of those things have tangible (but hard to quantify) value but if you're sitting in San Diego, Colorado, Michigan, etc. that tangible value drops to a big ol' fat zero.

The benefit of that is that the calls forwarded to my cell come through with my business name as the caller ID, so I immediately know what the call is regarding.
