My ideal retirement still involves working in real estate, it just means I’m not working my 9-5 and I can take a 6 month+ vacation away without having to worry.

I love audiobooks, books and podcasts, I read everyday and enjoy doing so.

At renewal, I must make my choice (vacate, lease, or M2M) 60 days before my current lease ends. 

I am excluding people who have vacation rentals, these are turn-key properties. 

I've never lived in Orlando (only been there a thousand times) but it seems like there is a non-stop flow of new vacation rentals and timeshares. 

People like @John Thedford seem to enjoy painting all wholesalers as unscrupulous vultures who take advantage of unsuspecting homeowners....which in my opinion is the same as saying that all police all racist murderers based on the actions of a few.

Literally, I enjoy working with handyman people than local company.
