Free up your time to do what you excel at, enjoy doing, and maximizes return.  

I really enjoy my day job, but will want to have more financial freedom before I turn 60.

I enjoy looking at numbers and underwriting deals though so if I can ever be of value that way let me know. 

I think there's more to consider than just money, to include your existing tenants' right to quiet enjoyment.

Right now, im enjoying being a dad and it has actually helped me slow down and take breathers.
