I would try to own and get financing but I like your approach or you could see if third willing to do owner financing but the lease to own opt i think was good

Florida another etc.the key is to have your transactional funding set up buy the thing then resell it. and or if its OK to blast out on the internet a house for sale you don't own then try that. with the huge amount of info at one's finger tips and with the guru's pitching this get rich with none of your own money and what certain folks pitch here on BP you now have many more folks out there trying to do the same thing.. many with no experience many with no morals or ethics and consumers are getting hurt.. when that happens they complain and when they complain the states start taking a look..

I felt the same way until I found a different meaning of what it means to be an entrepreneur.A lot of folks here are still "consumers", meaning they look to avoid "investing for no return" (i.e., spending) and seek comfort and stability.This is the antithesis of an entrepreneur.

s, it's a fairly upscale house and yes, in this national market, that is a considerable degree of "speculation" (read: gambling).Unless you know it's a hot up-scale area, I'd opt for something more mainstream which caters to a much larger potential market.

The offers are ridiculously low or competitive to make money on the house if accepted then are sold back to an investor or consumer at market prices or a price to make a decent profit.
