I guess - buying questions are good - Is it near shopping - what are the utility bills etc. etc.I also look at how they communicate if they are self centered or about them being aggressive in their speech patterns.Most of the people I have rented to really don't read the whole Craigslist ads I've posted.

@Michael Baradell  Get a license to sell real estate to do lease options - assignments and sandwiches - especially in FL and OH.And I would sub out the tenant buyer side to a leasing agent, not a sales agent for a 1 months rent commission.Focus your time with:- talking to sellers, give them 2 or 3 offers - 1 cash and 2 terms offers- talking to centers of influence - CPAs Financial planners, Infuencers like code infraction inspectors, chambers of commerce presidents, etc.- talking to REIAs and get private IRA loans (see http://equity-university.trustetc.com/library/gene...
