Is this deal worth it?

The realtors seem to talking more about per door price in this area...they appear to be ignoring the cap rates and cashflow and really anything other than per door price.  

This guy bought the laundromat and is making almost $4,000 a month net profit.

Superhog - I've been using this for STR but not sure if it would be good with event guests2.

Now, I have seen some lenders get really annoying about this and require a spouse to be on the loan...so IF YOU CAN find a lender that will allow just you, then that's the route we want to go.Hope that makes sense.
