Your girlfriends sisters boyfriends mothers niece?

We wrote to HOA, but we were told that the guy's mother bought the unit for him, and that HOA could not do much with the owner-occupied.

We are converting it to a completely separate 2 bedroom mother in law / guest suite

I've heard once you get in with traveling nurses you can do really well, if the location is suitable.  

The guy who sold us the property owns and lives in the other half of the duplex and we rent to his mother in our half. 

It just feels wrong booting a single mother and 3 kids to the streets on Christmas.

The agent didn’t give remarks or list with second kitchen or mother in law but I confirmed it was.

My mother is really against the idea but I wanted to hear different opinions.I know, maybe I’m just seeking someone to say something positive so I can justify in my headwhat I’m planning on doing will work but I just really want to hear the honest facts plus opinions from people.

Two days ago, a guy asked for advice on helping his girlfriend possibly rent a condo to her sister's boyfriend's mother's niece. 

My mother will be living there and running the store, and I would be the Landlord and partner to the business.
