The agents are running amuck in this area and are heavily influencing this, not all are bad so let me be clear. 

In case anyone else finds this thread, a word of warning about Nighthawk or any other large syndication firm with an associated social media influence. 

For retail deals, it's much different...the DD time is influenced by the time it takes for the lender and appraiser to get their act together...just food for thought. 

But curiously, as with anyone who has their name filled out in Zillow so it appears in their message, I type his name into Google.I find out he had been arrested for selling meth and driving while under the influence of drugs 2 years ago...no thanks.A woman comes to look at the house.

So most of your neighbors will probably be in need of the positive influence you and your family are expected to provide.

Too many folks hire their best friend's sister's teacher's neice who is a part time agent and part time Instagram Influencer, or some other nonsense, then wonder why they ended up with a bad result lol.

I have been to pretty much every college campus in the state that has influence in most of the major investor markets, including universities in the eastern half of the state, which I don't even service.

Sure, technically the fed doesn't "print" money, they influence the supply through the various levers of monetary policy, but BP isn't the place to debate that pedantic issue.
