I am rehabbing an apartment in South Miami.I have always used new kitchens as the kitchen and bathrooms make the sale.This apartment looks good, but just little outdated.

Plus Home Depot has great prices on their Pro Pack bundles of the stuff.One word of caution though, be careful about using MDF on any hard surface flooring that is likely to be exposed to water (i.e. bathrooms) or mopped regularly (i.e. kitchens) as they can soak up water and get a little swollen/deformed.

I walk into the kitchen, and a lady was in there, she went pale white in the face, she totally fell backwards and collapsed on to the kitchen floor hitting the stove and shelving.Not only did I scare her, she had a medical condition.

I visited the property yesterday, and both units are very nice (fully renovated, with very nice kitchens and baths...definitely not "builder grade" stuff), and the property is the last house on the cul-de-sac, surrounded by very nice properties, and this is the only multi in the neighborhood.

This addition would be on top of slab/crawl (that we would have to lay) and would include an interior remodel of the kitchen, master bed/bath, and possibly another 1/2 bath.
