What kind of loan did you use?

I do not use Rent Ready, but I know that it is a perk of my pro membership here and I am considering setting it up to help my tenant establish credit. 

I would never recommend anyone consider anything remotely similar to what you're promoting, and would also advise anyone in our community to avoid this user and his ideas.

When I’m working with clients looking in places like Phoenix, Austin, or even Chicago, I’ve found it’s about dialing into the local pulse.

Main questions should ask about the seller's:- Reasons/Motivations for wanting to sell- Desired timeline to close- Plan's after selling (relocation, reinvesting proceeds, 1031 exchange, etc)- Back-up plan in case they are unable to sell within the desired timeline- Reasons for not already selling to/with a investor or RealtorAdditional questions will depend on the type of seller lead i.e. pre-foreclosure, probate, fsbo, absentee owner, etc.Here is an example of a youtube search you can use to begin finding call recordings.There are 1,000s and you'll find that the best/most effective ones don't even sound like sales calls.

Never use wiring instructions sent electronically or from a phone number you are not familiar with and can't verify.

You are trying to judge each action or inaction and you use words like "loyalty".
