. $10K -$15KMortgage loan estimate amount is $560,000.00-at some point I will need to get an updated appraisal of the property with the update value -After Appraisal assuming the updates improve the value of the property, I would refinance to a new loan.the new loan amount would need to be at Least $700,000.00 to cover the original loan amount and to allow me to repay my line of credit.is that correct?

Would be able to deduct $11k in improvements + 4% commission.Looking at possibly buying a 3200sf, 4/3.5, 4-car garage new construction home on 1 acre on a cul-de-sac in a gated community for $795k about 8 miles south in San Tan Valley, AZ.

Instead of telling them to kick rocks, have you guys ever worked out a deal where you would improve the property at a tenants request, but in exchange amend the lease to raise the rent or have them pay a portion of the project, etc. ?
